Benvenuti a Casa dell'Ulivo! 🌿 Per garantire a tutti un soggiorno piacevole, sicuro e confortevole, vi preghiamo di leggere e rispettare le seguenti regole della struttura.
🕒 Orari di Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: dalle ore 14:00.
- Check-out: entro e non oltre le ore 10:00 (salvo preventivi accordi diversi con l'host).
🏊 Regole e Orari della Piscina
- Orari di utilizzo: 9:00 – 13:00 e 14:30 – 20:00 (salvo accordi diversi con l'host)
- Cibo e Bevande: È severamente vietato introdurre e consumare cibo o bevande di qualsiasi tipo all'interno di tutta l'area piscina.
🚽 Norme Igieniche e Uso del WC
- Cosa gettare: Nel water è consentito gettare esclusivamente carta igienica.
- Divieto Assoluto: È assolutamente vietato buttare nel water assorbenti, salviette umidificate, cotton fioc o altro materiale. Per evitare gravi danni e intasamenti all'impianto idraulico, si prega di utilizzare gli appositi cestini presenti in bagno.
♻️ Raccolta Differenziata
- Vi preghiamo di seguire attentamente il calendario della raccolta differenziata esposto all'interno dell'appartamento.
- Conferimento rifiuti: La sera del conferimento, i sacchi vanno tassativamente portati negli appositi contenitori esterni entro le ore 21:00.
💡 Condizionatori e Luci (Risparmio Energetico)
- Condizionatori: È vietato lasciare i condizionatori accesi quando non si è in casa.
- Luci: Si prega di spegnere sempre tutte le luci interne prima di uscire per evitare inutili sprechi di energia.
🔑 Smart Card e Chiavi
- Non staccare per nessun motivo la smart card dal mazzo delle chiavi.
- In caso di smarrimento o danneggiamento delle chiavi, verrà applicata una penale di 10 €.
🛏️ Servizi Extra
- Il cambio delle lenzuola e/o degli asciugamani è disponibile su richiesta ed è un servizio a pagamento.
Regolamento per gli Ospiti a Quattro Zampe (Cani, Gatti e altri Animali)
Siamo felici di accogliere i vostri animali domestici, ma per garantire la sicurezza di tutti, il decoro della struttura e la tranquillità degli altri ospiti, vi chiediamo di rispettare tassativamente le seguenti regole:
1) Nessuna area di sgambamento recintata: Vi informiamo che la struttura non dispone di aree chiuse o recintate dove gli animali possano essere lasciati liberi e incustoditi.
2) Divieto assoluto di abbandono in appartamento: È tassativamente vietato lasciare gli animali incustoditi all'interno degli appartamenti durante la vostra assenza (ad esempio mentre siete fuori per escursioni, mare o altre attività).
3) Animali nelle aree comuni: I vostri animali sono i benvenuti nelle aree comuni della struttura, ma devono essere sempre tenuti al guinzaglio e sotto la vostra diretta supervisione.
4) Divieto di accesso alla piscina: È assolutamente vietato l'ingresso degli animali in piscina e l'utilizzo della stessa per il loro bagno.
⚠️ La direzione si riserva il diritto di allontanare gli ospiti che non rispettano tali norme, al fine di tutelare la sicurezza e il benessere di tutti i soggiornanti.

🌿 Welcome to Casa dell'Ulivo!
To ensure a pleasant, safe, and comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to read and strictly respect the following house rules.
🕒 Check-in & Check-out Times
- Check-in: from 14:00 (2:00 PM) onwards.
- Check-out: by and no later than 10:00 AM (unless otherwise agreed in advance with the host).
🏊 Pool Rules & Hours
- Opening hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM – 8:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed with the host).
- Food & Drinks: It is strictly forbidden to bring or consume food or drinks of any kind within the entire pool area.
🚽 Hygiene & Toilet Rules
- What to flush: Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet.
- Strict Prohibition: It is absolutely forbidden to flush sanitary pads/tampons, wet wipes, cotton swabs, or any other material. To prevent severe damage and clogging of the plumbing system, please use the bins provided in the bathroom.
♻️ Waste Sorting & Recycling
- Please carefully follow the recycling calendar displayed inside the apartment.
- Waste disposal: On the designated collection evenings, waste bags must be placed in the appropriate outdoor bins by 9:00 PM.
💡 Air Conditioning & Lights (Energy Saving)
- Air Conditioning: It is forbidden to leave the air conditioning running when you are not in the apartment.
- Lights: Please always turn off all indoor lights before leaving to prevent unnecessary energy waste.
🔑 Smart Cards & Keys
- Do not detach the smart card from the key ring under any circumstances.
- In the event of loss or damage to the keys, a €10 penalty will apply.
🛏️ Extra Services
- Extra bed linen and/or towel changes are available upon request and are subject to an additional fee.
🐾 Pet Policy (Dogs, Cats, and Other Pets)
We are happy to welcome your pets! However, to ensure everyone's safety, the cleanliness of the property, and the peace of mind of other guests, you are required to strictly follow these rules:
- No enclosed off-leash areas: Please note that the property does not have enclosed or fenced areas where pets can be left free and unattended.
- Strict prohibition on leaving pets alone in the apartment: It is strictly forbidden to leave pets unattended inside the apartments during your absence (e.g., while you are out for excursions, the beach, or other activities).
- Pets in common areas: Your pets are welcome in the common areas of the property, but they must always be kept on a leash and under your direct supervision.
- No pool access: Pets are absolutely forbidden from entering the pool area or using the pool for swimming.
⚠️ Management reserves the right to ask guests who do not comply with these rules to leave, in order to protect the safety and well-being of all occupants.
🚫 SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE APARTMENT
